Room Information
- Bed type (Double or Twin) will be assigned according to the number of guests.
- Room type may be changed depending on hotel availability and operational circumstances on the day of check-in.
- An additional KRW 30,000 per room per night applies for Family Twin and Ondol (Korean-style) rooms.
- Maximum occupancy:
- Standard: Up to 2 guests
- Deluxe / Premium: Up to 3 adult guests
- An additional charge of KRW 22,000 per person applies for each guest exceeding the standard occupancy.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The card information will be used for reservation guarantee purposes only and will not be charged in advance.
- Personal expenses, including minibar, room service, laundry, and telephone charges, must be settled upon check-out.
- Reservation changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations made after the deadline or No-Shows may be subject to cancellation fees and room charges in accordance with the hotel's policy.
